Libby Wescombe is a Crossfitter and coach in Sydney, Australia. I teamed up with her to write this blogpost “Hypermobility and the female Crossfitter” over at her site eatercise.com.au.

It contains a lot more coaching principles in relation to hypermobility and learning to lift , specifically geared to those who want to do high intensity exercise, learn to lift in multiple ways and engage in Crossfit training.

We also included a ton of practical tips, warmup suggestions, and videos for how to enhance your sense of muscle tension, balance, body awareness and “ability to learn technique” well.

Libby is a great coach and mother as well, and I encourage you to follow her.

Give it a read, and enjoy!
